ALTIUS is Accounting in SRO 2.0
In addition to the general development of the program regarding reports, documents, etc., in innovation the controlling function significantly extended. Now using the program "ALTIUS is Accounting in SRO" 2.0. it is possible to make automatically:
- minutes of meetings,
- plans of checks (planned, unplanned, repeated),
- orders on conducting checks,
- acts of checks,
- reports on checks (the plan fact about not carried out, scheduled, actually carried out inspections),
- notifications on checks.
The ALTIUS SOFT company especially draws the attention of the acting and potential users that all these documents can be made automatically, literally in seconds. Importance of the above-mentioned functionality included in structure of the program "in ALTIUS is Accounting in SRO" 2.0. is that it promotes disposal of staff of SRO of routine, if one may say so, "draft" work.
For example, construction SROs are, as a rule, obliged to notify the participants on conducting checks beforehand. Considering that as a part of one SRO there can be hundreds of construction companies, it will be required to spend a lot of time for drawing up notifications alone on checks. It is no secret that many software solutions are perceived by construction self-regulatory organizations (SRO) with some share of scepticism. It is connected with the fact that construction SROs function not so long ago, and standards of their work change rather often. - automatic formation of accounts and control of charges and payments. In the program three major indicators for SRO are automatically considered:
- Outstanding amount.
- Invoices.
- The paid bills.
It is possible to set independently rules of charge and payment of membership fees: their frequency (monthly / quarterly / annually); terms of drawing of accounts; the settlement scheme of membership fees (the fixed amount differentiated depending on turnovers for last year or depending on quantity of work types). Also in the program the possibility of automatic formation of accounts on entrance, compensation and membership fees and control of their payments is implemented.
- insurance control. Automatic account of insurance on work types of members of SRO, control of completion dates of insurance is kept, report generation with the list of work types on members of SRO with information on insurance is performed and also the report on lack of insurance on work types and on members of SRO forms.
- control and check of participants of SRO. Using this functionality it is possible to make automatically:
- minutes of meetings,
- plans of checks (planned, unplanned, repeated),
- orders on conducting checks,
- notifications on checks.
- acts of checks,
- reports on checks (the plan fact about not carried out, scheduled, actually carried out inspections),
- automatic information acquisition on all participants of SRO for Rostekhnadzor.
In the program it is possible to obtain the necessary data which are required for controlling organization for shares of seconds. At the same time the program will show the sequence of events, but will perform not just function of the data warehouse. It is especially important since. The Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) can request data from SRO on in what specifically the period and to what types of construction works the participant of SRO was allowed. Besides, from the program it is possible to obtain data on presence of specialists in construction company, having clicked at the same time all pair.
PART DOCUMENT FLOW
What is document flow, it is known to all therefore we will not stop in detail on it and we will tell briefly about this part of the program. A part Document flow allows to keep account of cards of documents, to monitor movement of documents, their vising, further storage. This part of the program shows what documents are transferred to any partner or the employee of SRO, but are not received back. It is here too possible to attach scanned copies of documents and any additional documents in electronic form which belong to a card of the main document. It is also possible to trace both validity period, and the document revision.
PART OF CRM
As for a part of CRM, it can be characterized as a standard task scheduler. Here it is possible to keep account of partners, to enter plans and results of works. At the same time plans can be transferred to other employee, i.e. the user can charge accomplishment of any task to the colleague. Taking into account that in the program the history of all contacts (is conducted at observance of the fact that employees enter information in the program), data on the course of accomplishment of any task will not be lost. Regarding CRM it is possible to fix also the additional information about partners. For example, important events, birthdays, etc. At the same time application of a part of CRM is not limited only to accounting of contacts with participants of SRO. In this part it is possible to conduct a contact history both with partners, and with other partners.
PLUSES OF COMPLEX AUTOMATION
So, on the sample program "ALTIUS is Accounting in SRO" it was shown that complex automation of SRO is possible using one software solution. Be afraid to automate completely work it is not necessary. As practice when everything is collected in one program which has logical structure shows and does not include anything superfluous – the advantage can be felt quickly enough (in few months). Of course, it is possible to purchase separately electronic document management systems and task schedulers, but everything, it is necessary to be guided by the specialized solutions intended for construction SROs. Those SROs which already became clients of ALTIUS SOFT company drew a conclusion that ordered work should extend to all aspects of activity.
