Reksoft will create software for speech analysis by request of the German company ASC Telecom

The Reksoft company providing services in software development signed the contract with ASC telecom AG company (Germany) for development and support of a difficult software package for the analysis of an oral and written language.
ASC telecom is one of the leading world suppliers of innovative software solutions for record, the analysis and assessment of written and oral speech.
Under the terms of the contract, Reksoft will be engaged in development of new versions of the ASC telecom software product intended for call centers and also services whose work depends on effective reaction to population calls - ambulance, fire and security services, etc. The main focus in new versions of a product will be placed on business process optimization, creation of new technology of record of written and oral speech, quality management, speech analysis, training in the Internet (eLearning) and resource management.
At this ASC lays great hopes on experience of Reksoft in development of solutions for mobile, fixed and the IP telephony.
