2024: Completion of the first stage of Kislyakov's development

GMCS completed the first stage of the project to develop a CRM system based on the Russian low-codeform GreenData for the Bank of Kazan. GMCS announced this on May 21, 2024.

Thanks to the use of low-code, a quick start of the functional blocks of the CRM system will be provided: sales, client service and marketing.

We entrusted the construction of a CRM system to a team of GMCS specialists that has proven itself on the market. The choice in favor of the Russian platform GreenData is due to the desire to get an import-independent solution, with the ability to flexibly adjust to our needs and a high development speed. Managers use dashboards in the CRM system to track the operational efficiency of customer relations processes, - said Adel Mukhametzyanov, Director of the Department of Information Technologies and Operating Activities of KBER Bank Kazan LLC.

While working on the project, the CRM system implemented a tool that provides the ability to manually select by parameters and track the history of interaction with customers in the created unified client database of individuals and legal entities. For each category, a "sales funnel" is set up, including tools for additional sales and processes aimed at retaining customers (working with loyalty). For managers, reports on the analysis of customer activity, depositors, salary clients and other reports are implemented.

The high level of customization and flexibility of the platform provides the opportunity to implement even the most complex business logic, optimize the solution for current tasks and goals and easily integrate it into the company's infrastructure. The created system allows you to monitor the effectiveness of client managers on outgoing calls in order to inform customers about current offers. In order to exchange data, the CRM system is integrated with the automated banking system (ABS) and the credit pipeline.

As of May 2024, work is underway to automate the processes of work of heads of business divisions. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. By this time, a modern CRM system will be built that fully meets the specifics of the banking industry.
