The implemented functionality solves two problems of developer companies. First, it reduces subjectivity and errors associated with manual planning. Secondly, it turns the process into a flexible control tool: operational modeling of various scenarios, depending on the change in the number of workers, allows you to be guaranteed to fit into the tight deadlines for entering objects.

Adding an AI Assistant

On December 9, 2024, Lad introduced the functionality of an AI assistant for risk management in project activities as part of the Project Lad product.

The risk management process includes many tasks, ranging from drawing up a risk map, constantly updating the register and selecting the risks applicable to each specific project. All these tasks are usually formal in nature due to the complexity and resource capacity. A map of risks and strategies to overcome them with a large number of projects and data quickly becomes irrelevant. Unreliability of data entails making incorrect decisions, and, therefore, financial, temporary and reputational losses.

Data is consolidated from internal and external sources, and the AI assistant allows you to quickly analyze them and answer risk management questions in an automated mode. The development of the overall project risk map based on the collected information is carried out using LLM. The generated map is automatically used to assess the risks for a specific project. The AI risk manager also analyzes the triggered risk event based on the monitoring of project data and informs the project manager with a description and recommendations for possible actions.
