Management practice (1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC)

The company management of Management practice made the decision to carry out automation of accounting of housing and public utilities using implementation of the unified information system. As the software for implementation of an assigned task the industry solution of 1C:VDGB was used: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC — the program which considers specifics of work of the different enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services.

Works on implementation of the industry 1C:VDGB program are carried out by 1C:VDGB company having experience of implementations of specialized 1C systems at the enterprises of housing sector. 1C:VDGB program: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, allowed to automate the following sections of accounting activity of the company of Management practice:

• material accounting;
• inventory control;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• salary accrual;
• application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes;
• house cost accounting.
