The State Committee of the Republic of Mordovia develops application of EDMS

State committee of the property and land relations of the Republic of Mordovia develops corporate use of opportunities EDMS "CASE".

Project Development

State Committee of the property and land relations of the Republic of Mordovia made the decision on implementation of electronic document management in 2006. In January, 2007 the first jobs purchased EDMS "CASE".

Since 2007 processing of the entering, outgoing and internal correspondence is performed in electronic form using this software.

In October, 2009 additional jobs are set for heads of the structural divisions taking considerable part in document flow of committee. In August, 2010 the next increase in number of jobs for automation of work of the management of committee and heads of the remained divisions is carried out. By this moment the legal department performing all project activities for approval of vising of draft documents of century is completely automated EDMS "CASE".

Results

System implementation allowed to create conditions for increase in performing discipline in committee and to provide effective control over terms of passing of documents.

Objectives

Increase in quantity of jobs of a system for the purpose of providing all staff of committee with personal jobs in the program is in the long term supposed. Also in further plans the translation of all documents in an electronic form and the organization of quick search of documents for a barcode using additional options EDMS "CASE".
