Cloud the Panaya supercomputer simulates future updating, defines weak spots and automatically eliminates the majority of errors, saving time and efforts of our customers. Also the solution Panaya significantly reduces time of testing which does not need to be executed in the manual mode any more.

Panaya for 100% excludes an uncertainty element, reveals all risks connected with the forthcoming updating and gives an opportunity to manage them.

2015: Infosys is going to purchase Panaya company

The large IT company from India announced Infosys in February, 2015 that it is going to absorb the supplier of solutions SaaS Panaya. The transaction is estimated approximately at 200 million dollars, a deadline – the end of March, 2015.

According to representatives of Infosys, according to the results of the transaction of the company the tool kit CloudQuality from Panaya will take over. These technologies will allow to automate some functions of software. CloudQuality helps businesses to test products SAP, Oracle EBS and Salesforce.

According to Crunchbase, during the work Panaya attracted 59 million dollars of financing. The final venture round for the amount of 20 million dollars was carried out in January. The Infosys company is based to Bangalore, India.
