2024: Veon sold TNS +

As part of the agreement, the DAR group of companies acquires Veon's 49 percent stake in the TNS + operator. The amount of the asset is estimated at $137.5 million. Regulatory approvals are required to complete the transaction.

DAR CEO and Founder Alidar Utemuratov notes that TNS + has invested heavily in the construction of an extensive fiber optic network throughout Kazakhstan connecting all major cities and neighboring countries.
