2023: Functional replacement of the accounting program based on "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8" with "1C:ERP. Holding Management "

The main goal of the project was the functional replacement of the accounting program based on "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8" with "1C:ERP. Management of the holding "in a precisely defined period, limited to a period of 9 months.

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

  1. Manage NSI and integration. NSI was transferred, such as: counterparties, nomenclature, resource specifications, fixed asset objects.
  2. Manage sales. The end-to-end process of working with the customer is organized from sales planning to production and shipment of finished products. The peculiarities of pricing and management of contracts with customers are taken into account.
  3. Manage purchases. Procurement planning processes were implemented on the basis of production plans (for up to 12 months) before the formation of orders to suppliers. Procurement, supply and settlement management processes with suppliers have been implemented.
  4. Manage and dispatch production. The process of production planning, formation of production orders according to the plan and production stages for them is implemented. The functions of providing materials and production of finished products and semi-finished products have been worked out. Specialized various AWSs have been developed to collect the fact of performing production tasks in all workshops, including on conveyors.
  5. Management. warehouse logisticsSchemes have been worked out for the formation of orders by departments for the registration of acceptance and shipment of goods from warehouses. The use of shipping documentation has been implemented. The process of data exchange with the existing WMS Logistic Vision Suite warehouse system is implemented.
  6. Regulated and tax accounting. The process of maintaining regulated accounting is implemented.
  7. Salary and Human Resources. Maintenance personnel and salary accounting according to the forms and methodology laid down in. 1C
  8. Quality Management Unit. Incoming inspection of materials at the enterprise was implemented, as well as quality management at production.

The company automated 600 jobs.
