1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated settlement with lessors, accounting of utility payments and accounting of an agreement base in Trade Quarter company using the program "BIT: Accounting of lease 8". In a project deliverable time for calculation of the rent was considerably reduced, online access to information on the free and busy areas appeared.

The Trade Quarter company is engaged in leasing of floor, office space in business and shopping centers.

Earlier for conducting accounting and tax accounting in the company the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program was used, account of lease payments was kept in spreadsheets. At consolidation of data from two information bases in one there were errors. For increase in employee performance of the company, acceleration of calculations for the rent and utility payments by company management the decision on need of implementation of a specialized software was made.

For solving of tasks of the company the product "BIT was selected: Accounting of lease 8" as the program is created for the management companies and owners leasing objects of a commercial real estate it is integrated with the 1C: Accounting 8 system that allows to keep regulated accounting and accounting of lease payments in a single system.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has experience of automation of work of the enterprises which are engaged in delivery of floor spaces in lease became the partner in software implementation in Trade Quarter company.
