The main goal sales warehouse of the project was to automate the accounting of production processes, procurement processes, accounting, quality control processes.

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

  5. Management logistics within the enterprise.
  6. Management transport and delivery.
  7. Scenario planning by sales department.
  8. Automate cost calculation and monitor variances from planned bills of materials and prices.
  9. Regulated accounting and reporting on EDM.
  10. Automation of processes of coordination of administrative, legal and other internal documents on the basis of "1C: Document flow."

The company automated 600 jobs.
