Implementation of "Automated Control System for Money" (ACSM) in Baikalwestcom

Baikalwestcom developed by the Irkutsk branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) especially for the largest telecom operator of Eastern Siberia the software product "Treasury: The Automated Control System for Money (ACSM)" allowed company management to exercise control and cash management of the company across all Irkutsk region.

Main objectives of creation of the ASUDS system Treasury were: automation of process of short-term planning of cash flow, control of budget implementation of cash flow and process optimization of formation of payment schedules the forthcoming month.

The basis of the developed management system for money was formed by specifics of solutions of routine operational tasks of financial management, such as:

• planning of financial performance by branches,
• collecting and consolidation of data on formation of the Financial plan from divisions of the company,
• automation of unloading of data from bank client on receipts from partners with simultaneous diversity of information on articles of the Finanovy plan;
• control of timeliness of payments under key agreements;
• plan-fact variance analysis both in a foreground mode, and according to the results of the period of financial activities.

Especially for "BVK" the BIT company created the Treasury software product: The Automated Control System for Money (ACSM)" who was originally worked by separate parts, and then was synthesized in a single system. A system provided transparency of management of payments. In particular after installation of a system became possible online to monitor execution of the financial plan. If earlier data were unloaded only at the end of reporting period, both control and adjustment execution of the plan were complicated, then the possibility of rapid response to the changing situation Appeared now.

Besides, for chiefs of divisions of a kompniya online there was available and transparent information on payment of the stated accounts and execution of monthly financial requests. Thus, there was an opportunity to control and dispose more effectively of financial flows of the company.

As a result the user has an opportunity to trace in real time as the course of approval of active accounts and to control payment due dates on them. On again signed agreements there is an opportunity to create the schedule of payments. This tool will allow to do not miss when planning requests for payment information on payment with reference to the specific agreement.

Implementation of the synthesized technology process of document flow and treasury allowed to reduce information processing time. Results speak for themselves: for the period system operations the volume of the processed payment orders (earlier they were processed manually) increased by 20% and for 10% banking services were reduced.

Thanks to implementation of this system became possible to conduct an accurate and transparent control system a funds expenditure, to reduce terms and labor costs by formation of payment documents, preparation of the reporting at simultaneous reliability augmentation of a total.

In a work progress by the company "1S:BIT" 123 jobs were automated.

The basic model of Treasury was started in 4-5 months after the beginning of project development, All automated complex was created completely on the basis of formalization of specific financial activities of our enterprise.

The purposes which we set before ourselves, beginning system development and all tasks connected with it for employees "1S:BIT" when developing this software, were implemented in full.

Besides interesting solutions which allowed to create the available interface for work of users of any level and to provide visualization of the analyzed information were implemented. It is no secret that similar projects often differ in implementation problems at the enterprises. It is caused both by possible shortcomings of the software, and inertness of perception new.
