History

2022: Transfer of business in Russia to local managers

In September 2022, amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Halliburton announced that it had left the Russian market, selling the business to local management.

Since September 2022, BurService is an independent Russian legal entity, a domestic supplier of oilfield services in the Russian Federation.

According to the information provided on the company's website, BurService transferred the rights to provide oilfield services in terms of the entire Halliburton business in Russia, including, without limitation: the provision of equipment, services and complex solutions for projects in the field of exploration, development and production of oil and gas.
