The former Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky left his post in mid-May 2024. He applied for dismissal after the obligations to purchase drugs for Crimean beneficiaries were not fulfilled on time, in particular, insulin and drugs for cancer patients. The head of Crimea satisfied the statement and called Skorupsky's decision "male and fair."
