Flamaks (ELMA: management system of business processes and electronic document management)

The FLAMAKS company provides all cycle of works: design, supply of equipment, installation (installation), commissioning and specialized maintenance. Therefore one of tasks which was set for a system is task management and creation of excellent customer service. Having analyzed the different bpm-systems, the company management made the decision on acquisition of the ELMA system.

Today the staff of EleWise company completed the express analysis at the enterprise. Within an implementation project the following tasks will be implemented: transfer of the main business processes in the ELMA system, customer relationship management, implementation of electronic document management. Also one of important stages of implementation integration of the ELMA system with the website of FLAMAKS company.
