In 2006 the RapidSoft Direct system was implemented as a part of corporate the Intranet of the portal of ROSGOSSTRAKH company. Users of a product at the moment are more than one thousand employees ROSGOSSTRAKH through the whole country. Through Direct all are made telephone and the Internet of sale of car products to the company - property insurance and accidents insurance. Daily in Direct about 5000 incoming calls coming to call center, and about 5500 requests arriving via the website www.rgs.ru are processed and also about 10000 outgoing calls on prolongation of policies, cross-selling and cross-sellings are executed.
Now Rosgosstrakh wins the leading positions in the channel of direct insurance (sale of policies and services in phone and via the Internet). Rosgosstrakh - is the main link of process of interaction of insurance agents, sales offices, call center and potential clients formation and processing of the order to insurance. Automation of service of a large number of requests of clients through the whole country required the special software which was offered by developer company - RapidSoft. For automation of direct sales of financial products the product RapidSoft Direct, in particular its modules "Magazine of Requests" and "Informational portal" was selected.
The mechanism of interaction looks as follows: the client addresses to the company by phone or via the Internet. The address gets to Federal contact center of the company, further the specialist creates the order to insurance which is fixed in the module RapidSoft Direct - "The magazine of requests". The request is appointed to the sales office selected by the client or to the exit specialist. A system allows to trace all lifecycle of the request before insurance signing of the contract, to provide execution of all requests in time and also to receive the complete analytical reporting for efficiency evaluation of work of divisions. Thus, using RapidSoft Direct the Rosgosstrakh company provides to clients services in different channels of acquisition of insurance products, combining advantages of forward channel and extensive office network. Accurate control of passing of requests allows to achieve the most high-quality and their timely processing, i.e. to provide the best service to clients of the company.
System implementation in the Moscow region began in 2009. The end of federal deployment means that today employees more than 1700 sales offices of Rosgosstrakh company in all regions are already connected to a system. The product RapidSoft Direct of RapidSoft company automates management of direct sales by phone and the Internet and connects activity of all divisions participating in processing of the request for acquisition of a product at all stages of sale from execution of the request in contact center to a sales point and the specific exit seller, providing control and controllability of sales process. Besides he allows to receive the reporting (detailed and consolidated) on activity of all selling divisions in real time.
