2024: Ability to assess the performance of each cabin crew member
After the flight, S7 Airlines travelers will be able to evaluate the work of each cabin crew member. Feedback from passengers will be part of a new programme to encourage cabin crew. The company announced this on June 5, 2024.
S7 Airlines passengers will be able to evaluate the work of the flight attendants of their flight. It will be possible to leave feedback directly in the airline's application. Previously, the crew assessment system worked in test mode, and from July 1, 2024 it will become part of the motivation package of cabin crew members.
We know that service on board plays an important role for travelers. Thanks to him, loyal passengers appear who are ready to choose S7 Airlines again and again. We consider it important to encourage flight attendants who show sincere care, create the most comfortable atmosphere in flight, while ensuring a high level of safety. Feedback from passengers is the fairest tool for evaluating the service. That is why we invite them to become our experts who will help convert ratings into premiums for flight attendants. We hope that travelers will support our initiative and share their impressions after the flight more often, "said Svetlana Kulyukina, director of the passenger experience department of S7 Group. |
After the flight, passengers will receive an invitation with reference to a short survey on on-board service - with the opportunity to note the work of a specific cabin crew member. For the convenience of travelers, flight attendants are presented with photos and names. A link to complete the survey will be available within 48 hours. You can also evaluate the work of the team as a whole - through a post-flight survey, which comes to the mail within 1-3 days after the flight.
To pay, the average collective and individual assessments for the flight are summed up and transferred to a monetary reward according to the internal point system.
