2024: DashaMail bought LeadPlan

On June 5, 2024, it became known that the email marketing service DashaMail entered into an agreement to purchase the LeadPlan platform, which allows you to create widgets and pop-ups on the site without the need to write program code. There is no information on the estimated amount of the transaction as of the specified date.

LeadPlan is a specialized tool for increasing conversion and attracting customers. The service allows you to create personalized widgets, convenient subscription forms, conduct A/B content testing, integrate with other marketing platforms. The user can choose a widget from the list of ready-made options, and then design it in the desired style, select a font, create text and place a pop-up form on the site.

In turn, DashaMail provides various tools necessary for an email marketer. You can create effective mailings, test them and analyze the results of your work. The integration of DashaMail and LeadPlan, allegedly, allows you to automatically transfer received contacts to the address base for further work with them. This simplifies the process of collecting and managing contacts, and improves the efficiency of mailings.

The main purpose of the concluded transaction is to give customers additional tools to collect the subscriber base and increase the conversion of site visitors. As RB.ru notes, the agreement between the parties applies to LeadPlan software, trademark, domain and site. At the same time, LeadPlan will continue to work as an independent service.

A partnership agreement has been concluded with the seller, under which they have the right to continue to provide access to the service to their old customers under the old contracts. All new registrations are already coming with the conclusion of the offer of the new owner, - said representatives of DashaMail.[1]
