In his opinion, one of the tools for the digital transformation of export support was the My Export platform (provides online access to state and business services accompanying the export of companies), developed by the Russian Export Center (REC). As the executive director of Efko Group of Companies Sergei Ivanov said, the use of services on this site optimized the business processes of his company.
The REC assured that they will continue to improve My Export, taking into account the wishes of exporters. The plans include expanding logistics and customs services, the possibility of checking foreign counterparties and other services.
REC General Director Veronika Nikishina stressed that the Russian Export Center seeks not only to listen carefully to business, but also to develop services and introduce innovative technologies based on its requests. The center is convinced that digitalization will make export support more targeted and effective in rapidly changing conditions.[1]
