The AI agent will be integrated into the Electronic Budget system. Artificial intelligence will help formulate high-quality requests, compare semantics with the declared direction and the state program. The AI agent will instantly provide a solution and reduce the number of low-quality applications and failures, as well as reduce the workload on specialists by up to 70%.

Using an AI agent, the experts of the Ministry of Finance will independently adapt the solution based on artificial intelligence and apply the skills of working with large language models when changing the structure and budget items of state programs. The implementation of the AI solution will reduce the processing time for requests, especially during peak periods (in June and September), which is critical for federal tasks.
