2024: Sferra mobile browser release
The Russian group of companies SafeTech has released a product - a specialized mobile browser SFERRA with advanced capabilities, which allows you to eliminate all the shortcomings of an adaptive web service and turn it into a complete analogue of a native application on a smartphone.
Using SFERRA to work with the organization's personal account makes it possible to use FaceID/TouchID to log in, send push messages to customers, confirm operations using an electronic signature (embedded in the browser), and access the contact book and camera. When using SFERRA, it remains possible to collect Fingerprint (information about the client device), control jailbreak/root (permission to install applications from invalid sources), and collect geolocation data. All this together increases the security of using web applications on a smartphone and increases the convenience of using web services.
Personalization of the personal account in SFERRA occurs after the user downloads the application through a configuration file transmitted via DeepLink, and the browser itself is an independent means of accessing web resources. Its code does not contain URLs related to certain organizations.
At the same time, SFERRA works as a familiar browser: all updates and business functionality occur on the organization's server and are downloaded as web pages. There is no need to constantly update the native functionality of mobile applications in stores.
Many organizations, banks in the first place, plan to switch from mobile applications to adaptive web. For some, this is the only way to maintain mobility due to the lack of the ability to host their mobile applications, for others - simplification of development. At the same time, absolutely everyone needs to save client experience, security functions, access to the contact book and much more, which cannot be implemented in a regular browser. When using SFERRA, all these problems are leveled and the organization receives all the capabilities of the native for its web-adaptive, "said Daria Verestnikova, Commercial Director of SafeTech. |
