2024: Moving to HRlink

SOKOLOV Holding has launched a project to switch to electronic personnel document management (KEDO) using a platform from HRlink. The implementation of the system was implemented in six months. SOKOLOV announced this on June 6, 2024.

About 7 thousand SOKOLOV employees joined the HRlink service, who can now sign all personnel documents electronically using a certified electronic signature. The platform is available on both computers and mobile devices.

The launch of KEDO allowed SOKOLOV to completely abandon paper document management in personnel processes. The HRlink service provides centralized control over the signing of documents in all regions of the company's presence. SOKOLOV branded retail has 750 stores in 230 cities of Russia and the CIS as of June 2024, including 190 franchises. The introduction of electronic document management also helped to reduce the cost of paper, logistics and document storage.

Working with EDCs makes processes more environmentally friendly and resource efficient. During the transition to electronic format, we saved paper volume equivalent to 100 trees, - said Olga Shatalova, head of the Automation and Personnel Administration Department of SOKOLOV Group of Companies.

For SOKOLOV, the transition to KEDO was an important step in improving HR processes and forming an attractive employer brand.

Employees are able to remotely sign documents from the first day of work, and HR specialists are able to effectively control this process. This approach gives a plus to the employer in the labor market, - added Dmitry Makhlin, partner and development director of HRlink.
