2024: Compliance Tool Platform Introduction

On June 7, 2024, the Moscow Exchange presented a platform and services for compliance divisions of public companies and professional market participants - Compliance Tool.

The platform includes a set of services for solving compliance problems, as well as communication with market participants. Users have access to functionality for working with insider lists to interact with the compliance division of the Moscow Exchange as part of regular requests, an aggregator of data on non-standard activity and monitoring operations. The platform contains the most current regulations and guidelines for employees of internal control services.

We are pleased to offer banks, brokers and issuers of securities a comprehensive solution to automate internal control procedures and identify unfair trading practices. This service will not only increase the convenience of the internal control units of professional participants and issuers, but also reduce the cost of developing their own solutions. Improving the market culture of confidence and the overall level of control of participants over ongoing trading operations are important factors in market stability and a good investment climate.
