Thanks to the transition to 1C, the Moscow Polytechnic has the opportunity to automate a number of routine operations, such as the formation of personnel documents, payroll and vacation pay, and maintaining a time sheet. The system provides quick access to up-to-date information about employees, allows you to generate analytical reporting and predict personnel needs.

Within the framework of the project, data was migrated from previously used systems, 1C was integrated with other information resources of the university. Employees of human resources services were trained to work with the new platform. In the future, it is planned to expand the functionality of the system and connect additional modules to improve the efficiency of personnel administration.

Unification of personnel management on the basis of 1C is part of a comprehensive strategy for the digital transformation of the Moscow Polytechnic. The university will continue to introduce advanced technological solutions to optimize key processes, improve the quality of educational and administrative services.
