Specialists of Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group completed the project on development of basic elements of the Corporate system of project management of Tatintek Group

The Tatintek group conducts the activity in the field of industrial automation, communication and communications, metrological support, information technologies, capital construction and special works, project and engineering works, the organizations of deliveries of inventory items, service works. At the moment eight enterprises, a part from which was structural divisions of JSC Tatneft earlier, are a part of Tatintek Group.

Due to the dynamic development of Tatintek Group and growth of number of the implemented projects by company management the decision on start of the project on development of the Corporate System of Project Management (CSPM) was made. As service provider Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group was selected.

During the project training of specialists of the companies entering into Tatintek Group was provided and were developed:

  • Solutions on crucial elements of the Corporate system of project management;
  • Methodical recommendations about questions of scheduling and control;
  • Project management information system based on products of Microsoft.

Features of the project was:

  • High dynamics of development and scale of activity of Tatintek Group taking into account relative "youth" of the organization – Tatintek Group was formed at the end of 2009;
  • Divergence of businesses of the enterprises of Tatintek Group and the corresponding variety of the implemented projects;
  • Implementation by the enterprises of Tatintek Group of difficult joint projects with a large number of participants (external and internal), with the general tasks, resources and other factors;
  • Complexity of the performed works on creation of KSUP which included training, study of methodology of project management and implementation of ISUP;
  • Need of development of several options of the organization of Corporate project office and the choice of an optimal solution taking into account the existing restrictions;
  • During project management training of specialists of the Customer dynamics of assimilation of knowledge and competence in project management was defined (entrance and output testing was held).

Commenting on project deliverables, the head of department of project management of Tatintek LLC Sarkhandeev Alexey Petrovich told: "System implementation of project management becomes more and more popular in divisions of JSC Tatneft which were brought to external service in recent years. And it is not a craze. The ability becomes effective to manage projects serious competitive advantage. Results of joint work with Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group allow to speak about an exit to new, higher level of the organization of project management in our company. We understand that creation of an effective project management system requires considerable efforts and costs of time, and we are ready to this work".

Estimating results of works, the project manager from Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group Vorobyov Anton noted: "The high level of responsibility of project participants, interest and support of the management of Tatintek Group and also the correct image the built communications allowed to minimize many risks and to execute the project in time, within the budget and with the set quality".

All project works were completed in the terms set by the schedule, and were highly appreciated by the management of Tatintek Group. Tatintek Group and Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group are going and to continue cooperation in project management further.
