KMB-Bank (Klient-Communicator)

In Bank of financing of small business (KMB-Bank) the system of commercial budgeting and expense control based on the software package "Klient-Communicator" from Bmicro company is implemented. Earlier KMB-Bank used other development of Bmicro - a financial organizer Red Director. The solution "Klient-Communicator" is positioned as the CRM designer. In this system support of the uniform customer base and information space of the company, operational management of activity of employees and marketing policy, obtaining the operational and summary reporting, including a multidimensional OLAP cubes and business graphics is implemented.

The solution can be integrated with the external accounting systems. As system developers explained to the TAdviser center, initially in "Klient-Communicator" there was no functionality of budgeting and expense control. However after detection of requirements of the customer and drawing up technical specifications, this block was written "from scratch" and built-in in a system. The possibility of completion of this "budget" solution allowed to avoid purchase of expensive specialized software, having minimized automation project cost for customer company.
