Specialists Homnet Consulting developed an information system for Flotinvest company which allowed to integrate accounting data of clients Flotinvest and also to prepare for them the reporting taking into account selection of intra group turnovers. The project is implemented using the 1C: Accounting 8 software product.
The Flotinvest open joint stock company renders services in implementation of a full stroke of the works connected with a financial analysis of activity of the companies clients in all territory of the Russian Federation. Specialization Flotinvest is service of the large enterprises having regional departments in structure.
In particular, the company renders services in business planning on the basis of accounting data. For rendering of this sort services the management Flotinvest made the decision on implementation of the specialized program allowing to keep accounting and tax accounting.
As the partner in project implementation Flotinvest selected Homnet Consulting company which specialists recommended to implement the 1C: Accounting 8 software product of PROF version.
Sergey Popkov, the CEO of Flotinvest company, noted: "A project objective was implementation of "1C: Accounting 8" allowing to integrate accounting data of regional departments of clients of the company. At the same time expansion of functionality of a configuration by functions of consolidation with selection of intra group turnovers was planned and an opportunity for work with each department of customer organization it is autonomous".
Specialists Homnet Consulting installed the 1C: Accounting 8 software product and performed the following works:
- configured the standard configuration "1C: Accounting 8" for accounting by regional departments of clients Flotinvest;
- configured the mechanism of selection of VGO for job analysis of head departments of the companies clients or each branch separately;
- configured replication of data from information bases of branches in uniform information base (for a combination of the data obtained from the programs used by clients on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform with "1C: Accounting 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform).
The information system allowed to integrate accounting data of regional departments of clients Flotinvest, the possibility of consolidation of the intra group turnovers (VGO) given with selection and an opportunity for work with each department of customer organization appeared. A system completely copes with an assigned task on customer service Flotinvest.
Mr. Popkov summed up the project results: "We received the information system allowing our employees to carry out works on consolidation of accounting data of the companies clients. We have an opportunity to create cash flow statements, income and expenses, to make balance and to receive many other indicators, both on the head companies, and by their departments, with a possibility of an exception of turnovers in the companies (according to settlement accounts, income and expenses). Our specialists prepare the reporting, taking into account selection of VGO on the basis of which clients can make effective management decisions. Among them: The turnover balance sheet, the Turnover balance sheet on the account, Account analysis, an account Card, Account turnovers, the Chess sheet, the Ledger, Summary postings, the Analysis of the sub-account, Turnovers between the sub-account, the Report "Cash flow", the Report "Profits and losses", the Report Balance. The configured mechanisms of reconciliation of intra group turnovers allow us to check quickly reports of tens of organization units".
