According to representatives of the Segezha Group, its own product, which replaced the solution of the German vendor, surpasses it in functionality and ergonomics. In addition to fixing downtime, defects and inspections of equipment, such a popular function as registration of equipment repair operations has been added.

The Mobile Maintenance and Repair solution passed pilot production in the spring of 2024. At the first stage, the module was "piloted" at the Segezha Pulp and Paper Mill and the Vyatka Plywood Plant. After its effective verification, the experience was cascaded to other technically prepared enterprises of the Group - the Galich Plywood Plant, Segezhskaya Packaging LLC and its branches in Salsk and Lobna.

The Segezha MR system collects and processes data on the technical condition of the equipment, records the performance of scheduled maintenance and repair works, including unscheduled troubleshooting. Among the features of the system, the holding noted: the minimum requirements for organizing a workplace for repair personnel, increasing the speed of communication from creating a bypass/repair task to registering results in the system. Tasks can be monitored online.

According to users, the system works stably even without an Internet connection, automatically updates directories and maintenance catalogs (electronic system for operational management and control of maintenance and repair of equipment). The module helps to monitor the status and maintain the target status of the equipment in real time, perform maintenance in a timely manner until faults or breakdowns occur. MRO also makes it possible to read RFID tags for confirmation of repair or inspection.

"The developed architecture is the most optimal for our IT environment, and the system itself makes it possible to reduce repair costs and reduce losses from equipment downtime.
