Softline in the Republic of Bashkortostan summed up the results of five years of work

Representative office in Ufa – one of dynamically developing Softline regional offices. The current year became successful for the company. Market situation is aligned and becomes more predictable. Thus, indicators of post-crisis market development give the chance to predict dynamic development of a segment of IT solutions in RB and the Orenburg region.

"In a year after opening of the Ufa representative office we became leaders of sales of the software of Microsoft in the Republic of Bashkortostan. In five years of work as our clients there were 3600 organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Every year we open new activities. I will call only some facts. In 2006 the Softline Training center was open; in 2007 – Competence center of a CAD, in 2008 – the direction of security. In the fall of 2009 we opened the Center of implementation of IT solutions. Within a year eleven projects were executed, four more are in implementation phase. Upgrade of IT infrastructure of the international airport "Ufa" based on the products Windows Server 2008 R2, ISA Server 2006 and Exchange 2010 within which the client received IT infrastructure based on the newest solutions of Microsoft that allowed to increase efficiency and to reduce costs for its support became the first large project. Next year further development of this direction is planned.

The new area of work of representation – the Center of implementation of IT solutions – is headed by Irek Ishkuvatov. Strategy in development of IT services is not a new course for the company in general – the direction successfully develops in other representative offices in recent years. The center of solutions – the structural division of representative office of Softline working at the territory of RB and the Orenburg region. Its primary activity is providing consulting services in selection of solutions in the field of creation of IT infrastructure of the enterprise of the customer and information security support, carrying out the analysis of IT infrastructure, rendering services in ensuring personal data protection, technical support.

The principle of work of the Center – creation of long-term customer relations. Each project is an individual work on tasks of the customer and aspiration to an optimal and qualitative solution in the delivered terms.

In 2011 the Center of implementation of IT solutions will be focused at work with the companies of the sector of SMB and UMM. In plans of the company – expansion of a project portfolio and development of sales of server and network equipment. Next year development of the Center of implementation will become the main objective of representative office of Softline in RB and the Orenburg region.
