The robot operator helps LSR Group to answer customer calls. It was developed by ABK (part of the Sberbank Group). The technology was introduced as a result of a comprehensive digital transformation, which the company is undergoing with the support of Sberbank, which announced this on June 13, 2024.

The developer's contact center handles about 1,000 calls every day. The ABK solution reduces the burden on operators, increasing the speed of customer service and the efficiency of the contact center.
