Amway (1C: Accounting)

In the international company "Amway" which is engaged in direct sales of goods for a household, beauty and health the automated system of accounting based on "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented. The project is implemented by 1C: Automation company. To system implementation in the company the specialized solutions which are not adapted to the Russian market were used. During the project the standard functionality of the software product is configured taking into account specifics of activity of the enterprise, including methods of reflection of economic transactions in accounting according to features of accounting of the customer are adapted, the data exchange mechanism with the program the client bank is developed.

Besides, the specialized simplified interface allowing employees to enter independently expense reports is developed. It allowed to reduce training costs and to reduce load of accounting.

Within the project mechanisms of export of data from the implemented system to the system of conducting management accounting used in the company are configured.

The project was implemented in five months. In a work progress much attention was paid to maintenance of employees of the client - the line of regular user support was created. Now a system is brought into commercial operation. 50 jobs are automated.
