Education

He graduated from the Faculty of Electricity of the Novosibirsk Power Engineering Institute in 1975 and the Academy of National Economy in 1991.

Career

1975-1989

From 1975 to 1978 he worked as a group master at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, from 1978 to 1982 - as a senior group master, then (1982-1983) - deputy head of the electric plant for the ASU of the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station.

From 1983 to 1989 - Chief Engineer of the Taimyr Hydroelectric Station Cascade.

1989-2001

From 1989 to 1997 - General Director of Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station OJSC.

From 1997 to 1998 - General Director of OAO Krasnoyarsk Energy.

In 1998-2000 - First Deputy General Director, Chief Engineer, Representative Office of RAO UES of Russia Sibirenergo.

In 2000-2001 - General Director of Siberian Energy Company LLC.

2001-2008

In 2001-2005 - General Director of OAO Irkutskenergo.

In 2005-2006 - General Director of Eurosibenergo-Engineering LLC. In 2007-2008 - General Director of Distributed Power CJSC.

2016-2023

From 2000 to 2016, he headed the following energy companies: Siberian Energy Company, Irkutskenergo, OGK-3, and also served as adviser to the general director of Norilsk Nickel.

From 2016 to 2023, Kolmogorov served as the first deputy general director of En + for technical policy.

=2024: Appointment as CEO of En +

On May 22, 2024, the Russian energy and metallurgical holding En + replaced the general director for the second time in 5 months. Mikhail Hardikov's place was taken by the director of Eurosibenergo Vladimir Kolmogorov.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of En + Christopher Burnham said that Hardikov decided to leave the company, and thanked him for his contribution to ensuring the stable operation of the company and the basis for its further growth.
