2024: Introduction of Dashboard Digital System

The Moscow Department of Health has introduced the Dashboard digital management system. The system is based on the Luxms BI platform. Luxms announced this on June 17, 2024.

"Dashboard" is a program that allows healthcare facility leaders to analyze key performance indicators in real time across multiple metrics. The system provides access to detailed dashboards and allows you to study in detail information in various directions - a set of 11 metrics is used on the most significant aspects.

The solution allows you to track the dynamics of calls to the admission department, the time of the Triage, the time from the patient's admission to the initial examination by a specialist, the total time of the patient's stay in the admission department and much more. The data in the dashboard is automatically updated at a given interval and displayed in the form of graphs, diagrams and other visual formats.

The use of the system provides the city leadership and the management of polyclinics with a full understanding of the current state of affairs, which helps to quickly solve the problems of lack of specialists and resources, as well as other acute issues.

Luxms BI was chosen for its high functionality, performance and security, as well as the ability to use standard visualizations with a minimum number of custom elements - dashboards are prepared on the "boxed" version of the platform.

For June 2024, the Dashboard system continues to develop: visualizations are being finalized, new information panels are being created, new indicators are being added.
