- The participant of foreign trade activities sends to a system information on goods and the vehicle in electronic form even before shipment and by e-mail gets a unique number in the form of a barcode. It exempts the staff of customs from manual entry of information of consignment documents.
- At goods receipt on the border check-point the customs official accepts consignment documents from carrier and using the scanner reads out a barcode.
- Data on goods and the vehicle from a system are automatically displayed the computer and the customs official verifies them with actually shown documents.
