2024: Introduction of the "Long-Term Archive" begins

SoftSnow, an expert on the implementation of Directum solutions in higher education, has launched a project to deploy the vendor's Long-Term Archive at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.

As a result of the implementation, the university will receive a tool for centralized storage of electronic documents with support for legal significance over a long regulatory period - more than 75 years.

Directum's "long-term archive" will free up the resources of operational systems, remove some of the routine work from the clerks, and the search for archival documents of the university will take several seconds.

Within the framework of the project, the team of SoftSnow specialists will develop mechanisms for integrating customer systems with Directum's Long-Term Archive.
