On June 20, 2024, the company HRlink announced that the official dealer of PJSC "" KAMAZ Category 3S Group of Companies "" Carib refused paper in personnel workflow and transferred - HR processes to the platform. HRlink Connecting to the service made it possible to reduce time financial and costs, automate work with documents and make it more efficient.

As reported, the Korib group of companies specializes in maintenance, production to sale cargo and equipment. The main representative office and production shops of Korib are located in, and on the Naberezhnye Chelny territory of the special economic zone "" Alabuga there is accumulator a plant that is part of the Korib Group of Companies. As of June 2024, the company has about 700 employees, only 30% of whom are employed in the office.

In 2023, to optimize logistics in working with counterparties, Korib Group of Companies transferred accounting processes to electronic format, after which the company also decided to digitize the process of interaction with the personnel department. For about six months, the working group was engaged in market analysis in order to choose a suitable supplier of a personnel EDO solution. Among the requirements for the service were the convenience and simplicity of the platform, its reliability, security, as well as the ease of integration with 1C.

Following the monitoring of proposals, Korib Group stopped at the HRlink service. The platform answered all mandatory items from the company's list.

The complete transition of the company's staff to personnel EDO took about six months. After the pilot connection of the IT test team, the project was scaled to top managers and line managers. The remaining employees were divided into groups and conducted training with them, during which people were explained in detail the possibilities of personnel EDO, and if necessary, individually helped to register in the system.

The process of switching to personnel EDO helped us not only spend less time on paperwork, but also assess from the outside the entire route of their approval, making it shorter. With the support of the HRlink manager, we smoothly transferred the KDP to electronic format. It turned out to be quite easy to assess the results - it now takes a couple of clicks to sign additional agreements with employees after indexing salaries, although earlier this process could take more than one day. In addition, people automatically receive vacation reminders, which also allows you to start processing it in a timely manner.
