2024: Marketplace Launch

On June 20, 2024, the founder of KazanExpress Linar Khusnullin announced the launch in Kazakhstan of a new Teez.kz marketplace providing express delivery services. The official launch of the platform is scheduled for August 1, 2024, and it will be the first in the country to offer free delivery of goods within one day.

According to Linar Khusnullin, the Teez.kz marketplace seeks to create its own ecosystem that can compete with world leaders in the field of e-commerce. There are many local and international platforms in the Kazakhstan market, but Teez.kz is distinguished by a unique business model, which includes guaranteed free delivery within one day, low prices and premium service.

The main difference between Teez.kz is the logistics model. According to the company, the Teez.kz will use the CFBO (Centralized Fulfillment by Operator) scheme, in which a single delivery is carried out from a warehouse in Karaganda. This will allow you to quickly process and deliver orders throughout Kazakhstan during the day, ensuring a high level of quality control of goods and their safe storage.

It is noteworthy that in ground logistics the Teez.kz will use only its own transport, which will allow you to control the timing and quality of delivery. Air traffic will be used for delivery to remote regions. Thus, the company will be able to fulfill its main promise - delivery in one day. According to Forbes, the name of the marketplace "teez" in Turkic languages means "quickly," which reflects the essence of the business model.

According to the company, buyers on the marketplace will receive verified goods at a low price, even if the order consists of several goods from different sellers - they will be delivered together within one day. Points of issue will offer a premium service, including the ability to pick up or deliver by courier. By the end of 2025, it is planned to open more than 1,000 points of issue throughout Kazakhstan.[1]
