Company "Market Capital Solutions (MARCS)" completed Monitor CRM system implementation in department of marketing of the Rollton company producing instant food.
The analytical Monitor CRM system includes modules of customer relationship management, sales management and purchases and also the marketing analysis and monitoring of competitors and the external environment.
The decision on implementation of the CRM system was made at the end of 2006 for the purpose of automation of work of department of marketing. Within the project in January, 2007 tuning of the CRM system was performed, loading of accumulated information is carried out and also the technique of application of the program for solving of tasks of automation of monitoring and the analysis of external information is developed.
According to the customer, system implementation of Monitor CRM increased efficiency and efficiency of processing of large volumes of information used by the company.
