CORUS Consulting completed the project on setting of strategic budget management for the largest Russian producer of instant products – Mareven Fud Central companies.

"Mareven Fud Central" – trade production company which core activity is production of instant products and their implementation in Russia and abroad. Products of the company are turned out under the known brands "Rollton", "BIGBON", "Rolben", "RolRol" and "Pyotr". The company has the developed infrastructure: three own plants, the logistic center and also offices in Russia.

CORUS Consulting began the project on creation for "Mareven Fud Central" models of strategic budget management in November, 2010. The project deadlines delivered by the customer were extremely compressed: in 6 weeks all range of tasks – from inspection of processes of strategic budget management before direct implementation of model in Excel was implemented.

Problem of model of budget management - to optimize production processes and logistics. As a result the management "Mareven Fud Central" received extremely flexible mechanism allowing through a set of parameters - such as price fluctuations on raw materials, the rate of inflation, changes in customs policy - to define need of these or those actions for achievement of the set financial result as the separate companies entering into Group, and Groups in general.

"The modeling mechanisms implemented in a strategy pattern of budget management will help our customers to define optimal utilization of capacity, products delivery routes providing the minimum logistic costs, to plan prices for products, having very important planned targets: production cost value per unit of products and a marginal profit per unit of products", – the project manager from Corus Consulting Vsevolod Teplyakov comments.
