The project on automation of production for the company, Anker Industry carried out, has been completed. BOAS The automation platform business processes ELMA365 acted as an orchestrator of all production systems, and also allowed the Customer to implement import substitution software products from. During Microsoft the project, we managed to organize production monitoring, automate the compliance review process KPI and build product lifecycle management processes. BOAS specialists have implemented a monitoring system for the customer, which allows you to collect and analyze data from CNC machines in real time. With her, Anker-Industry was able to see the objective performance of each work center and shift, as well as record the causes of downtime, which helps to quickly eliminate bottlenecks in production. A KPI system for production personnel has been introduced. Now employees and management can see their performance online, analyze it and work to improve, thereby directly influence their wages.

A centralized system for storing and versioning production documentation (PDM) has been developed, as well as a production chatbot based on Telegram. By creating a documentation storage structure, versioning and instant notification of changes through a chatbot, designers and production can effectively collaborate, even in different locations.

Together, the companies managed to achieve their goals, as a result, to improve the productivity and efficiency of the enterprise.

Ambitious tasks were set from the customer. The project started in mid-2023. Initially, the team focused on the ELMA3 platform and Microsoft software products, because we previously had a wealth of experience in implementing such projects in other industries, but with a detailed analysis, together with the Customer's team, we decided to take up a more risky project on a rather young but very promising ELMA365 platform. With the support of the vendor and the Customer's IT service, we were able to successfully complete the project. I would also like to note the successful experience of using ELMA365 as a platform for the MES system, which is very important given the shortage of domestic MES systems in the Russian market, - said Alexey Kataykin, Product Owner BOAS.

We see that production companies are actively using advanced technologies and trusting Russian systems. The project allowed to rethink the approach to processes within production: to create a centralized system for storing design documentation, to automate monitoring processes. The system made it possible to see temporary reserves in production equipment and areas, to measure bottlenecks in production. The digitization of processes related to the preparation of design documentation (CD) made it possible to reduce errors in the transfer of CD to production and promptly make changes to production processes in the event of a CD change. Work with production personnel (employee directory, additional control over the start of the shift and its completion, planned and unscheduled stops) made it possible to measurably approach the issue of production discipline, as well as highlight organizational issues of production management.
