On June 27, 2024, Sibur announced the launch of an online marketplace to support the promotion of products of partners - manufacturers of products using synthetic materials. At the time of the start of the platform, it contains more than 160 product categories from more than 100 manufacturers.

Products are promoted to the CIS, Asia-Pacific and northern Africa. The new platform differs from standard marketplaces in that it serves as a "digital showcase" for Sibur partners using its products, the company's press service said. Sergey Davidov, head of Sibur's Product Promotion and Digital Solutions service, noted that the company seeks to support partners in their export strategy, providing not only high-quality raw materials and product solutions, but also direct contact with potential customers.

The marketplace operates in tandem with the Export Afterburner program - Sibur's initiative to provide special conditions for raw materials for customers supplying products to foreign markets.

Ruslan Khairullin, Sales Manager of the Engineering and Road Infrastructure Division, said that as part of these initiatives, the company has helped partners implement more than 20 large-scale cases with wholesale sales of finished polymer products.

To participate in the initiative, Sibur partners must sign a cooperation agreement and provide a list of products for placement on the platform. After that, the company places the processor's products on the platform, implements promotion through digital channels and processes applications from buyers, transferring them to a partner.

The launch of the marketplace is part of Sibur's strategy to support its partners in expanding their presence not only in the Russian market, but also abroad. The company sees the initiative as an important step in helping partners find new customers and grow their businesses internationally.[1]
