Sheremetyevo Handling LLC, the ground handling operator of Sheremetyevo International Airport, has developed and implemented an IT system for air carriers to order ground handling services at the airport. The airport announced this on July 2, 2024.

The service ordering system is available in a convenient mobile application format with an ergonomic, intuitive interface for use on various operating platforms. The extensive functionality of the solution provides the airport partner airlines with an operational opportunity:

• ordering the necessary procedures for ground maintenance of the aircraft (from the provision of special equipment, personnel and equipment to the washing of the aircraft), including using recommendations depending on the type of maintenance and model of the aircraft, checking the current status of the performance of services;
• Real-time change of service parameters according to customer's wishes
• automatic generation of reporting for subsequent payment of the performed service.

In the future, the capabilities of the system will be expanded taking into account practical experience and a number of options in demand by customers.
