2024: Introduction of Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring and Automation Products

On July 4, 2024, Systeme Electric announced the official launch of a family of products for monitoring and automating data center infrastructure. This line includes: SystemeBotz - an environmental monitoring device, SystemeBotzAC - a solution for controlling access to the IT rack, as well as specialized software for centralized monitoring DCGuard.

SystemeBotz is a scalable active monitoring system designed to protect premises, technological and IT equipment from various risk factors. The product is a typical solution for network monitoring of server rooms, communication nodes and data centers. The SystemeBotz monitoring device is installed in the IT rack and allows you to connect various types of Systeme Electric sensors: temperature and humidity, point and tape leaks, door position, smoke and fire, voltage availability and dry contact sensors.

Sensors do not require any preliminary settings, are determined by the device automatically and are immediately displayed in the system web interface.

SystemeBotzAC is a reliable access control and control system designed to protect IT racks that monitors the risk factors of physical impact and unauthorized access to the IT infrastructure in real time.

The solution consists of: door position sensors, IT rack handles with built-in card readers, communication units for transferring parameters to the upper level system, power supplies and IP cameras. All SystemeBotz AC devices are compatible with Systeme Electric server cabinets, as well as some IT racks from other manufacturers.

DCGuard system software is a top-level software platform that collects, stores and visualizes the parameters of the engineering infrastructure of an object in real time. The software platform has a set of tools for informing the user about incidents and emergency events on the engineering infrastructure of the facility.

DCGuard is installed on the server and allows collecting data on industrial protocols for single-phase and three-phase UPSs, in-line and perimeter air conditioners, power distribution units (PDUs), environmental monitoring devices, cold supply systems (chillers, dricullers, frequency-controlled drives, etc.), battery monitoring systems, diesel generator sets, as well as distribution boards.

The SystemeBotz line is a full-fledged replacement for similar products from APC and will be available for pilot operation at customer facilities until October 31, 2024.
