2024: Transition to the Russian system of electronic archive of design and estimate documentation

Rosseti Moscow Region switched to the Russian system of electronic archive of design estimates. This was announced on July 4, 2024 by ID Management Technology.

The project of the electronic archive of design and estimate documentation (APSD) was implemented within the framework of digital transformation and import substitution at Rosseti Moscow Region to automate the processes for preparing, agreeing and approving initial permits and design estimates.

To maintain the continuity of production processes, more than 8 thousand projects and over 60 thousand documents were transferred from the previously used foreign program. In addition, the documentation, which has not been finalized, has been integrated with the design and estimate archive on the domestic Documento platform, which has ensured the continuity of the document preparation process for current projects.

During the project implementation, integration processes were developed to obtain reference data from external systems for automatic filling of project cards. This significantly reduces the number of manual actions performed before starting the project.

A feature of the project was the integration of two systems: APSD and the Designer's Personal Office (LCP). APSD is used for initial loading and approval of the initial permit documentation and its transfer to LCP for further work. The paint coating is an external system in which representatives of the design institute from workplaces can download the documentation and submit it for approval to the customer. In case of comments, the design institute in the personal account will receive an automatic notification, where it can directly familiarize itself with them and send the corrected documents to the system for re-approval.

The electronic archive of design and estimate documentation will significantly increase the efficiency of work with projects and ensure faster coordination and approval of the necessary documents.
