2024: Marketplace Launch

In early July 2024, the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) launched a marketplace for the purchase of Russian drones called Налетай.рф in test mode. This platform is designed to become a single online store of unmanned aircraft systems (ALS) of domestic production, simplifying the process of acquiring devices.

According to RIA Novosti, as of July 2024, 12 drone suppliers and one service operator are taking part in the marketplace. The site provides users with the ability to select the necessary drone using a filter system by application, industry or type of unmanned aircraft systems.

A feature of the Налетай.рф service is the introduction of functions that allow you to apply for participation in the program of state civil order of unmanned aircraft systems and preferential leasing from the State Transport Leasing Company. The purchase process on the marketplace is similar to the usual online services: the user adds the selected drone to the basket and then determines the method of purchase.

The project was first presented to the public in November 2023 as part of Transport Week. Evgeny Dietrich, General Director of the State Transport Leasing Company, previously noted the prospects for the development of the marketplace as a single platform for unmanned aviation systems in Russia.

The creation of Налетай.рф is part of the implementation of the national project Unmanned Aerial Systems, approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the end of 2023. Within the framework of this project, the State Transport Leasing Company acts as the basic customer of drones and a qualified supplier in the civil state order system.^[1]
