The Visioglobe company is created at the end of 2007 by Philippe Poutignat, the graduate of the Higher national school of high technologies in Paris who devoted 16 years to work in Thales Training and Eric Bernard who received degree of the Master of Business Administration at EM Lyon school, devoted 12 years of the life to work in the IT sphere including Oracle, Fi-System and SQLI companies. Visioglobe aims to introduce new technologies of three-dimensional visualization and to provide the most complete models of the largest cities in the world, using photographic materials and parametrical data. The Visioglobe® command tries to implement the most difficult ideas in the field of navigation and three-dimensional graphics. Visioglobe won national tender of developments and a research in France twice. A partner of the project is the National Institute of computing systems and automatic equipment (National Institute of Computing and Automatic Control Engineering - INRIA).
