In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, business management faced the need to keep a thorough record of the goods using the Virtual Warehouse module. The previously used program "1C: Management of a trading enterprise for Kazakhstan" edition 2.0 did not support the "Virtual Warehouse" and work with accompanying invoices (SNT), therefore, employees reflected the movement of goods manually. Complex-bar KZ LLP management noted that this factor does not allow effective management of warehouse options and timely processing of goods data. We had two main options for solving the problem - we chose between the implementation of 1C: Integrated Automation the "" and "1C: Trade Management for Kazakhstan 3.0" programs. Taking into account the experience of the customer's offices Russia in the "" program and 1C: Trade Management the confident ownership of the personnel and IT staff of the product, a decision was made to comprehensively switch to the current edition of the "Trade Management for Kazakhstan." The typical configuration functionality covered 80% of business needs, an additional 20% of the functionality was adapted by our team, - said Ivan Palchikov, Head of the Implementation Department of First Bit in Almaty.

Since the previous accounting system was very customized, the transition to a new product involved a large number of non-standard solutions. During the project, improvements were implemented in at least fifteen forms, reports and treatments.

For more than two years, the specialists of the company "First Bit" carried out technical integration, development and implementation of non-standard solutions, adapting them to the needs of the customer. During this period, 28 employees successfully automated their work, completely solving all the tasks set.

After automation, the process of receipt and sale of goods is timely and correctly registered in the Information System of electronic invoices of the Republic of Kazakhstan directly from the accounting system. Thanks to this, the risk of penalties under tax legislation is reduced to zero.

As a result of the project, the time for processing transactions in the company was reduced by 80%, and the mechanism for calculating salary bonuses for company employees became transparent and understandable.

The discrepancy between regulated and management accounting was also ruled out due to the setting up of data exchange between the databases "1C: Trade Management for Kazakhstan 3.0" and "1C: Accounting for Kazakhstan 3.0."
