It is also important to exclude additions and to provide adequate encouragement. It is impossible without accurate and operational accounting. The accounting circuit and a circuit of logistics of the Galaktika ERP system perfectly cope with these tasks. Now we consider the possibility of acquisition of a guidance loop by personnel which will help to save the staff of HR department from manual work and to reduce to zero risk of errors".
