Education

Ramil Ryabikov has two higher educations with honors. In 2002 he graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University with a degree in Machines and Apparatus of Chemical Industries and Enterprises of Building Materials, and in 2011 he received an education at the same university in the field of Chemical Technology of Natural Energy and Carbon Materials. As part of corporate business education programs, he was trained at Skolkovo business schools, INSEAD.

Career

2003-2023

Ramil Ryabikov joined the Sibur team in 2003. He went from a mechanic for the repair of technological plants at Tobolsk-Neftekhim to the head of the monomer plant and the Director of Operational Efficiency and Development at ZapSibneftekhim. He consistently headed the areas of work on a number of key projects for the company.

At the largest, at the time of start-up, petrochemical production, Tobolsk-Polymer supervised the commissioning and stabilization of the production of propane dehydrogenation. In the role of production director of Sibur-Kstovo, he solved the problems of increasing productivity, headed the digitalization direction at the enterprise. He was directly involved and coordinated the areas of work to ensure the launch of the largest production - ZapSibNeftekhim. In addition, he oversaw the construction and launch of the production of maleic anhydride, was the leader on the part of the operational unit in the development of the new project of the company - DGP-2, the press service of Sibur reports.

2024: Appointment as CEO of Tomskneftekhim

In May 2024, Ramil Ryabikov was appointed the new general director of Tomskneftekhim. He replaced Vladimir Pleshkov, who headed the enterprise since May 2021.

Vladimir Pleshkov has been appointed director of the direction and will focus on improving the efficiency of the company's production system, the press service of Tomskneftekhim[1]
