SL Soft and Aplana.IT partner have developed a software robot based on the ROBIN intelligent automation platform for DobroLoan. This made it possible to free up 250 hours a month, removing many routine tasks from the organization's specialists. Softline announced this on July 11, 2024.

With the help of software robots, ROBIN DobroLoan optimized the work of the litigation department and reduced labor costs, redistributing the time of employees to solve intellectual and more complex issues. The company plans to scale the robot into two more departments.

First of all, DobroLoan robotized the process of filing lawsuits in court, which requires imitating human actions at a computer and working with browsers. Previously, the company's lawyers manually collected materials for court cases and filed lawsuits - now the labor costs for these tasks have been reduced by 3 times.

Now the ROBIN software robot itself is filing lawsuits on the online portal of the state automated system of the Russian Federation "Justice," and all that needs to be done by a department employee is to form a list of persons with significant debts. The robot receives information about the debtor from the document, enters the website of the state automated system of the Russian Federation "Justice," enters data, finds relevant files, forms them into a package of documents and sends a lawsuit. Filing one case in court using a robot takes only 4 minutes.

The sphere of settlement of problematic debt by leaps and bounds is moving towards automation. Market participants - both creditors and professional collectors - are trying to transfer as many of the same type of routine cases to robots that could unload employees and minimize operating costs.
